FESTIVAL PASSPORT RULES

• Provides admission to all screenings at all venues during the Festival, with the exception of Opening and Closing Night films.
• The Festival Passport holder must present their pass to book/collect tickets for each session you wish to attend.
• Seats for Festival Passport holders are NOT held for ANY screenings.
• The Festival Passport does not allow the holder to obtain a ticket to more than one screening of any individual program in the festival.
• Unused portions of the Festival Passport are not refundable. There are a limited number of Festival Passport.
• Festival Passport are strictly non-transferable

WEEKEND PASSPORT RULES

• Provides admission to all screenings on the weekends during the Festival.
• The Weekend Pass holder must present their pass to book/collect tickets from IFF representatives.
• Seats for Weekend Pass holders are NOT held for ANY screenings.
• The Weekend Pass does not allow the holder to obtain a ticket to more than one screening of any individual program in the festival.
• Unused portions of the Weekend Pass are not refundable. There are a limited number of Weekend Passes.
• Weekend Pass are strictly non-transferable

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Additional $3 for opening night film and single passes purchase at the door (for Capitol Session Screenings only)
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• A session ticket will be required to enter each film
• Seating is unreserved. We encourage patrons to arrive early.
• Passes are for a single person's use and are non transferable and non refundable.
• All Passes Holders should pre-book all sessions on their pass. It is possible to create a booking on a pass at the cinema door, however if the session is sold out or has limited tickets, pass holders without a valid pre-booking will be directed to the standby queue.
• Lost passes can’t be replaced.
• To guarantee a good seat, please arrive early.
