Synopsis:
Rara, 8 years old, is eager to have a small window in her house, which is located in a crowded alley where scavengers live. Her grandmother is sick and her father is working in the recycled handicraft business. He does not have enough money to buy a window. However, Rara continues to knit her dreams, through imagination and images of simple windowed house that she has made. In other places, Aldo, a mentally handicapped 13-year-old boy, is longing for a true friend.
One day, in painting studios, Aldo met Rara who was giving the umbrella renting service and accidentally hit her by his car. Since then they became familiar. One day, Aldo’s sister, Andini celebrated her birthday, and she got a surprise from Aldo, Rara and friends. Andini does not like it because now everyone knows the fact that she has a brother with disabilities. While at that time in the slum where Rara lives, a fire resulting her father killed.
